Single-book service
The introductory price is €99 including VAT for the first order by a new customer, paid by 31 January 2027. Further orders and orders from 1 February 2027 cost €149 including VAT. This covers one edited Word manuscript of up to 50,000 words, 30 chapters and 5 inline PNG/JPEG images. A repeat €99 purchase is not processed and is refunded.
What you receive
You receive an EPUB 3 file and a 6 × 9-inch print PDF in one standard style, including a technical and visual check. After the first delivery, you may send one compiled list of layout corrections. Editing, proofreading, cover design, ISBNs, uploading to retailers and formal accessibility audits are not included.
Complex books
For books with complex tables, many images, footnotes, formulas or fixed layouts, we provide a separate quote before work starts. If you decline it, we refund the payment in full.
Delivery and corrections
The five-working-day delivery period begins once we have received payment, the complete manuscript and all required choices. After the first delivery, you may send one compiled list covering layout issues such as spacing, chapter starts, page numbers or image placement. New or revised text, editing and changing the chosen style are not included.
Publisher
The Publisher plan costs €249 per month including VAT (€205.79 excluding VAT). Each successful monthly payment adds two book credits. One credit covers the same limits as a single book. A manuscript from 50,001 to 90,000 words uses two credits. Extra credits cost €129 including VAT.
Publisher credits
The oldest credits are used first. Credits expire after 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel online at any time; after cancellation there is no new monthly charge. Issued credits remain valid until their original expiry date.
Content, rights and acceptance
We use fixed templates and formatting rules and do not generate, rewrite or add book content. You confirm that you hold the rights needed for the submitted text and images and that the content follows the rules of the intended retailer. We check the files, but retailers and printers make their own final decision about acceptance.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period. If you expressly ask us to start during that period and withdraw before completion, you pay only for the work already performed. The right of withdrawal ends after the service has been fully performed with your prior consent. A partial or full refund cancels all unused credits from that payment. Manuscripts already submitted using those credits may be paused for review. This does not affect your legal rights when our service is faulty.
