Compare the same work, rather than just the price.
Book formatting services can charge per page, per hour or per manuscript. A quote for a custom cover and a print proof covers more work than a standard interior. Check the scope, VAT, file formats and corrections before comparing totals.
Our fixed-price service covers one text-led Word manuscript in one of three existing styles. You receive both a reflowable EPUB 3 and a black-and-white 6 × 9-inch print interior without bleed. We do not design a custom cover or print the book.
The manuscript determines whether the package fits.
The service accepts up to 50,000 words, 30 chapters marked with Heading 1 and five inline PNG or JPEG images. The Word .docx file may be up to 25 MB. It suits text-led books such as practical guides, short memoirs and shorter novels.
For example, a finished 40,000-word manuscript with 20 chapters and two inline images can fit these limits. It still needs to pass the complete Word check. A 70,000-word novel or a workbook with tables falls outside the standard package; ask before ordering.
Which costs do you arrange separately?
Editing, proofreading, cover design, an ISBN, printing, distribution and uploading to a retailer are not part of this price. You choose those services yourself. We cannot give a reliable total publishing cost without knowing your choices.
Confirm the 6 × 9-inch interior size with your printer first. A retailer or printer makes its own acceptance decision. A technical file check is not a guarantee of publication or book sales.

Then check your complete Word file for free. That check runs in your browser and does not send us the manuscript. Payment and secure manuscript submission follow only when you decide to order. Delivery is within five working days after payment and receipt of a suitable manuscript.
Common questions
Is this a subscription?
The single-book package is a one-time purchase for one manuscript and one chosen style. There is no monthly subscription for this package.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The price shown on this page includes VAT. The checkout shows the amount due before you pay.
Which corrections are included?
After the first delivery, send one combined list of layout corrections, such as heading appearance or spacing. Editing the wording or replacing the manuscript is separate work; contact us before making a new order.
What if my manuscript does not fit?
Do not pay for the standard package. Use the free check and ask us about the result. We first assess whether we can help; there is no obligation to order.
